We confirm your route, location, identity, budget, timeline, and whether a family representative will inspect for you. You receive the full title, survey, layout, planning and payment pack.
3. Reserve the selected plot
You receive a reservation summary showing your plot number, guide price, reservation amount, review period, refund position, payment route, named contact and next milestone.
4. Build, service or hold
Depending on your package, you can hold a serviced plot, choose a shell build, select a finished house type, or request upgrades. All construction traffic and contractors follow estate rules.
5. Inspect, handover and aftercare
You receive progress updates, inspection appointments, snagging support, handover documents, estate rules, service-charge setup and your support contacts.
