The site captures buyer type, location, identity route, budget, timeline and whether a family representative will inspect on their behalf. The buyer receives the title, survey, layout, planning and payment pack.
3. Reserve the selected plot
The buyer receives a reservation summary showing plot number, guide price, reservation amount, review period, refund position, payment route, contact person and next milestone.
4. Build, service or hold
Depending on the package, the buyer can hold a serviced plot, choose shell build, select a finished house type, or request upgrades. Construction traffic and contractors follow estate rules.
5. Inspect, handover and aftercare
The buyer receives progress updates, inspection appointments, snagging support, handover documents, estate rules, service charge setup and support contacts.
