These terms explain how buyers, operators and visitors should use the Zenn & Glory website and sales process.
Images, plans, prices, availability, plot sizes, facilities and timelines are provided for guidance and may change as the project develops. Buyers should rely on the latest reservation summary, allocation documents, payment schedule and estate rules issued for their selected plot or facility.
A plot is not reserved by browsing, shortlisting or submitting an enquiry. Reservation begins only when Zenn & Glory issues a reservation summary and confirms the required next step. Reserved plots may return to available status if the buyer does not complete the agreed step within the stated review period.
Payment instructions should be issued through the official sales office or verified digital channel. Buyers should not pay cash to unverified individuals. Receipts, payment references, reservation terms and staged payment schedules should be kept by the buyer and the estate office.
School, clinic, shops, offices and service areas may be operated directly, leased or managed through approved operators. Facility access, opening hours, public parking, security rules, fit-out rules and service charges will be governed by facility-specific agreements.
Users must not submit false information, impersonate another buyer, attempt fraudulent payment activity, scrape private documents or misrepresent Zenn & Glory plots, facilities or opportunities.
